For this voluntary social service, to-date around five million rupees has been spent by the Chelva Foundation, which will be a personal success of Mr. Chellathurai Thiruchelvam. This was a good opportunity for Mr.Thiruchelvam to serve the society.
I wish Chelva Foundation a success in all future endeavors.
To contribute towards poor children’s educations, helping families headed by widows and assist widows with setting up their own business to provide for their families.
The Chelva foundation pride itself on not accepting funds from external organisations as this was set up in memory and honour of my beloved late father Mr. Kandiah Chellathurai
